Year in Review: 2016
As we reflect on the past year here at Pine Street Flats, we can truly say it’s been a year of huge growth and excitement. Our city continues to strive and so do we! Here are some highlights of 2016:
#BON2016: It was a huge honor to be named Best Apartment Community for the second year in a row! Thank you Nashville Scene Readers’ Poll.
We can’t forget to mention our nomination for The Tennessean’s TOAST Award for Best Apartment Living Complex! And if you need further confirmation on why we received these honors, read this.
GulchLife: Our Resident Services kept us busy all year! With weekly fitness classes to big seasonal parties to Sunday brunches, it was tough to narrow down some of the most memorable events. But here were some of our favorites:
Our Sexy Gulch Neighborhood: Yes, you read that right. The Gulch was named the 5th Sexiest Neighborhood in America by Thrillist this year! And we agree.
We're proud of being a part of such a dynamic and growing neighborhood! The opening of the Thompson Hotel was definitely a game changer for Music City. You can see our community (and the Nashville skyline) from their rooftop bar, L.A. Jackson.
A local favorite, Amelia’s Flower Truck made a big presence on our street over the weekends. Biscuit Love guests enjoyed creating their own unique bouquets as they waited for their warm breakfast!
Other notable Gulch businesses that opened: Apothecary Pharmacy, Juice Bar in the Gulch and Taziki’s.
2016 was good to us, but we’re coming for you 2017!
