The Gulch on CNN

CNN truly captured the growth and mission of the Gulch in their latest news video. The transformation our neighborhood has seen since 1999 is revealed layer by layer, and we couldn’t be prouder to be a part of the urban development that has become a core piece in the history of Nashville.

In the beginning an intimate bluegrass bar, The Station Inn, was all that the Gulch had to offer. Now the neighborhood is comprised of 50,000 sqft in retail space, 800 residential units and 500,000 sqft in office space.

In the center of it all is the Gulch Crossing, a class A office space that has filled its office units about 90% and its retail area 100%. This Gold LEED certified building was created with energy and environmental designs and links the Gulch neighborhood to Nashville’s SoBro District.

The Gulch is an organically grown neighborhood that heavily emphasis it’s local community as proven by it’s restaurants and retail spaces. We love being in the center of it all!
