As Director of Pine Street Flats, Brock is best known for keeping us on budget, resident renewals and overseeing the leasing team as well as the maintenance staff.

Brock has been in Nashville for the past few years after moving from Los Angeles in 2012 and growing up in Dexter, MO. Aside from running the day-to-day operations at Pine Street Flats, he stays busy with his Marketing and Web Design Company.

His favorite part about the GulchLife? Being able to walk out the door and having everything he needs right there.

We were more than happy to have Stephanie as the newest addition to our team! Stephanie is from Charlotte, NC and is excited about working in such a lively atmosphere as the Gulch. As Leasing Manager, she is looking forward to meeting and getting to know all the residents and enjoying the weekly resident events!

A fun fact about Stephanie? She has lived in two different countries and four different states! Be sure to say hi to her next to you're in the Leasing Office!

Caitlyn has been in Nashville for just a year now; coming to us from the beautiful island of Maui! We're excited that she has joined our team to help people find the perfect apartment. 

Her passion is music so you'll find Caitlyn writing and recording in her down time. She loves and appreciates all of the musical talent that Nashville has shown her. 

Fun Fact: Caitlyn is a dual citizen of Canada. 

Jane is from Boca Raton South Florida and has lived in Nashville for 3 years. But even before she made roots here, she lived in three different countries before the age of 3! 

Jane loves the Gulch for its wide (and delicious) variety of food and her favorite store, Urban Outfitters. She also likes the warm and generous people who live/are from Nashville. If she's not trying out new restaurants and bakeries, you can find her with Tito - her chihuahua!

Don’t let Annie’s contagious smiles and happy disposition fool you, she means business when it comes to rent roll. As our Account Manager, she is responsible for collecting rent, processing invoices and everything else that involves numbers.

Annie is very new to Nashville, making her way down here from Buffalo, NY. She has really enjoyed learning Southern traditions like eating okra and going honky tonkin.’

Why is the GulchLife for her? She can’t get enough of the convenience of having everything within walking distance!

Being Marketing Manager means that Becky oversees all things creative from our website to our social media to all our branding material.

Becky's favorite part about her role is being able to promote our resident services and the growth of our Gulch neighborhood with its new restaurants and retail. Be sure to checkout our blogs to learn more! 

Tony is our Maintenance Supervisor who oversees our maintenance team to ensure our community operates as it should. His goal is to keep the interior and exterior of our building beautiful and LEED certified.

He has lived in Nashville his whole life and really enjoys dining out in the Gulch. If he had to choose one thing to eat, pie would be at the top of the list!

Our Maintenance Tech, Derek, does anything from getting apartments ready for new move-in’s to running work orders to maintaining the pool area.

Derek is a huge Cleveland Cavaliers basketball fan, so much so that he hasn’t missed a game in over five years! Born in Nashville and raised just north of here, he loves that he can walk to any Gulch restaurant for lunch.

Fabian is our newest Porter and is primarily responsible for the upkeep of our property. He’s here working diligently to keep our community beautiful and clean. 

He really enjoys working at Pine Street Flats because of the friendly residents and the energetic "Music City atmosphere." When he's not here, he likes to play basketball. 

As one of our other porters, Erik makes sure the interior of our building and the garage areas are kept clean and tidy for our residents. He spends his time at multiple properties but likes Pine Street Flats because of the wonderful location and the opportunity for growth. 

The people and country music in Nashville are Erik's favorite things about being in Tennessee. You can find him either watching or playing soccer in his free time. 

Citlalli is the other part of our dynamic housekeeping duo! She is constantly working to keep our common areas inviting to our residents as well as future residents. The cleanliness of our community wouldn’t be possible without her.

Citlalli was born in Mexico City. She likes that Pine Street Flats is a pet friendly community because she loves dogs. Her favorite thing about the GulchLife? How new and nice the businesses are in the Gulch.

Lucy is one part of our dynamic housekeeping duo! She keeps our common areas clean and inviting for our residents. She loves how calm and fun our Gulch neighborhood is. Her coworkers are what make her job exciting! 

From someone who has only been in Nashville for a few months, Lucy is very intrigued by the laid back Sourthern charm of this city. She hopes to show off her dance moves soon (we hope at one of our resident events)!
